3. MAKING A PURCHASE

 

 

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our catalogue here online, clicking on any items for further information and to add to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on "Basket Symbol" to view your purchases and continue to the checkout. At checkout time you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to process the order.On some occasions a product may be out of stock,and we reserve the right to send an alternative product which will have the same spec if not better.This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

 

 

 

4. METHODS OF PAYMENT

 

 

We accept all major credit and debit card payments via NoChex service. We also accept payment via the telephone for credit and debit cards. You may also use our Printed Order Form and attach a cheque. Goods will be dispatched when your cheque has cleared.

 

 

 

 

 

Please note that no order will be dispatched for shipping until it is paid for in full.

 

 

 

 

 

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

 

No matter which shipping method you opt for, delivery timescales are from date of shipment from us and not date of order placement. Prices for delivery are for main land UK . only .for all other delivery cost of shipping will be sent by email and goods delivered on confirmation of payment ,you will be liable for any import export duties for your country.

 

 

 

 

 

6. PRIVACY POLICY

 

 

The Pet Shed Ripon Ltd do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.

 

 

 

 

 

Information will be used to process the buyer’s order and fulfil the delivery function. In the future, the information may be used for special promotions in which instance; the buyer will have a facility to un-subscribe from the mail-list.

 

 

 

 

 

7. RETURNS POLICY

 

 

Where ever possible we will endeavour to ensure customer satisfaction with all our products ,but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the item purchased please contact us immediately and we will issue you with details on returning the goods.

 

 

 

 

 

If you return an item to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

 

 

 

Unfortunately we CAN NOT refund the cost of any postage for returned items .The customer is liable for the original shipping cost and return postage when returning goods. Items purchased at a discounted rate will not be refunded at full price. All items purchased will be checked before dispatch to insure that they are good condition ,if when they arrive they are damaged in any way you must contact us immediately to insure that the cost of postage can be reclaimed from the courier and a replacement sent to you.

 

 

 

 

 

Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Personalised and Special order items, DVD's, CD's, Videos, Underwear and Computer software. Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.

 

 

 

 

 

8. RECEIVING DELIVERIES

 

 

The customer must insure that there house name or number is in clear view for courier and that there will be someone home to receive your ordered goods .If you miss a delivery you must rearrange it yourself for a more convenient time. If you fail to rearrange delivery in time and the good are returned you will have to pay for redelivery .Couriers may have difficulty with unusual or remote addresses the customer must allow for this when ordering. Please do not order goods to be delivered whilst you are on holiday. If you request goods to be left on you door step or to the side of your house and they are stolen we will not accept any responsibility for this loss. Goods damaged by couriers should be returned to us immediately notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange collection and redelivery at the cost of the courier.
